1.0.0 — V1 implementation

This edition extends the existing BuildVouch foundation with a consistent brand kit, knowledge centre, versioned CMS, scoped APIs, selected-repository GitHub evidence, findings, incidents, release decisions and MFA-gated approvals.

Database permissions protect verified state and audit history. Manual and API claims remain distinguishable from verified source records. Invitations are single-use, identity-bound links.

Source implementation, preview migration state and production deployment are tracked separately in the repository release handoff. This entry does not assert that a production deployment has occurred.
